Prints are carefully checked before they are shipped to you. Occasionally, however, damage may occur in transit. It is our policy to replace prints, framing or matting that is damaged in shipping. Replacement prints are shipped only after the return and inspection of the original damaged merchandise. We DO NOT accept returns of prints for any other reason.
